Damarcus - Basilet

Basilet is theoretically subject to the King of Paladian, but in practice its Duke is on an equal footing, and the King does not try to oppose the Duke on his home ground as long as Basilet follows Paladian's lead in foreign affairs. It is quite a sparsely populated land, with no real navy of its own, and most of its nobles have lands and relations in Paladian.
