The original wealthy district of Ag-Darxes, Eleven Hills is hard by the Imperial city with its temples, trading halls, and offices, and tends to be the district where dwell those of the upper classes who are most involved with the hurly-burly of actually running the Empire - active businessmen and administrators. As well as these, Eleven Hills is home to the aging patrician families of Ag-Darxes, the oldest of the old money, who might have dwelt in the same house for four-hundred years doing nothing - living on the proceeds of a rent-farm in Erim Rexath, or money wisely invested by some long-dead ancestor.
