This is where the new rich of Ag-Darxes dwell, more conspicuous in their consumption and industrious than the old rich of Eleven Hills, and the Emperor’s pets of Monaxes. The famed Imperial Zoo and Imperial Observatory are situated in Hastur’s Grove, as is the castle of the Baron of Navenku. Despite its low crime rate, the active political proclivities of Hastur’s Grove’s residents means that more of them are beheaded (per capita) than in any other suburb.
