This is the sprawling home of many thousands of Kalamen, through which the good human folk of the better districts pass only on their way to someone else. In its northern edges, there are many tanneries and other houses of manufacture and a few poor humans.The lower parts of the district, like the other riverside areas, have been flooded and reconstructed many times.
