Peggy is not, surprisingly, a giant killer mutant penguin from another planet. She is a super-giant killer mutant penguin, and she is from the surface of another sun, one unlike our sun in that it is pitted with black holes. Peggy emerged from a black hole one dark Tuesday - this particular sun has a day/night cycle, another thing that differentiates it from most suns - and immediately grabbed the black hole from which she had just emerged, picked it up with her mighty flippers, and ate it.
